This version applies to new quotations expressly incorporating it from launch of the new AAA website. Existing accepted agreements retain their applicable versions unless validly varied.
About this document
The rules cover certification scope, competence and independence, audit methods, findings and decisions, surveillance, use of marks, evidence, suspension, withdrawal and appeals. It identifies Assess Audit Assure Limited, trading as AAA Certification.
Read and retain the quotation and its identified contract documents before acceptance. Payment does not guarantee certification. The agreed commercial provisions preserve ordinary legal rights, provide an itemised refund of the unused balance after agreed completed work and unavoidable disclosed costs, and impose no automatic percentage cancellation penalty.
