One coordinated audit programme

Multiple ISO standards

Combine two or more management-system standards into an integrated audit programme that reflects how your organisation actually operates.

Shared foundations

Quality, environmental, OH&S and information-security systems share common management-system structures that can be assessed coherently.

Less duplication

Coordinated planning can reduce repeated interviews and evidence requests while retaining adequate audit time for every standard.

One clear workspace

The client workspace keeps plans, evidence, findings, reports and approved certificates together across the programme.

The programme must still be sufficient. Integration can improve efficiency, but audit duration and method remain based on scope, complexity, risk and applicable requirements.

Choose a combination that fits your work

The standards can share planning, leadership and improvement processes, while each retains its own technical requirements. Common combinations include:

Quality + environment

Coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 where processes, suppliers and operational controls affect both customer outcomes and environmental performance.

Quality + health and safety

Bring ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 audit planning together while testing worker participation, hazard controls and service quality in their own context.

Quality + information security

Assess shared governance across ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, with separate sampling of customer processes, information risks and security controls.

How a combined audit is planned

Define each scope

We confirm which activities, locations and organisational boundaries apply to each standard. Scopes may overlap, but they need not be identical.

Coordinate the programme

We identify shared interviews and evidence, then allocate enough time to evaluate the distinct requirements and risks of every standard.

Keep decisions clear

Findings, technical review and certification decisions remain traceable to the relevant standard, even when audit activity is coordinated.

AAA is the independent certification body. We can explain the audit programme and assessment criteria, but do not design or implement your integrated management system.

How the combined price is calculated

Select every standard you need in the short questionnaire. The initial audit fee reflects the combination and the actual organisation in scope.

Standards and shared work

The price starts with the first standard and adds each further standard. Coordination can reduce duplicated activity, while each set of requirements still needs adequate assessment.

Size and complexity

People, turnover, sites and how involved the work is to audit remotely affect the displayed fee. Check that your declaration covers all activities and locations you want certified.

Any onsite element

Some activities may need direct observation. Your auditor will discuss what reasonably needs covering; onsite days are agreed separately in advance at £400 per day plus VAT.

Know the ongoing cost. The questionnaire shows an initial certification audit fee. Subsequent annual surveillance fees are set out separately. If your declared scope is materially different, we explain any extra audit work and charge before it is carried out.
