A complaint can reveal a gap between an agreed requirement and the work delivered. An audit can connect the original requirement with what happened and how the organisation assessed the need for further action.
Questions to follow in an audit
- How is the reported issue recorded and assessed?
- Who decides whether similar work may be affected?
- What evidence supports the decision to close the action?
Connect the records with practice
Trace one complaint through the delivery records, investigation, corrective action and review of subsequent performance.
These are illustrative audit trails, not findings about a named organisation, technical instructions or a guarantee of a particular result. The appropriate evidence depends on the activities, risks and agreed scope. The organisation remains responsible for its operations and legal obligations.
AAA provides independent certification audits. Confirm the applicable standard edition, scope and customer requirements before agreeing a programme. Request an indicative price or discuss your proposed audit.
