A risk-management method is useful when it supports decisions that people understand and use. ISO 45001 should not be described as an ultimate method or as proof that every legal duty or hazard has been addressed.
Questions to follow in an audit
- How are risk-assessment responsibilities and competence defined?
- How are workers involved in identifying practical problems?
- Who evaluates whether agreed controls remain effective?
Connect the records with practice
Sample an assessed activity and connect its stated controls with interviews, operating records and review of a concern.
These are illustrative audit trails, not findings about a named organisation, technical instructions or a guarantee of a particular result. The appropriate evidence depends on the activities, risks and agreed scope. The organisation remains responsible for its operations and legal obligations.
AAA provides independent certification audits. Confirm the applicable standard edition, scope and customer requirements before agreeing a programme. Request an indicative price or discuss your proposed audit.
